> This section introduces the "Child Table (Independent Table Code)" function, designed to handle table-sharing scenarios during peak dining hours. Once enabled, multiple groups of customers can share the same physical table while keeping their orders completely separate and independent. <br> 本节介绍“独立桌码(子桌台)”功能,专为应对就餐高峰期的拼桌场景而设计。开启后,多组客人可以共享同一张实体桌台,同时他们的订单将保持完全独立,互不影响。 #### 1. Identify Occupied Tables 识别已占用桌台 Quickly determine if a table is currently occupied and how many groups are sharing it. <br> 快速判断一张桌子当前是否已被占用,以及有几组客人在拼桌。 1. **Check Table Status (查看桌台状态)**: On the main POS interface, look for a fork-and-knife icon accompanied by a number (e.g., `x 1`) in the top right corner of the table block (like TEST1, TEST2, TEST3). <br> 1. **查看桌台状态**:在 POS 主界面上,查看桌台区块(如 TEST1, TEST2, TEST3)右上角是否带有刀叉图标及数字(例如 `x 1`)。 2. **Interpret the Icon (理解图标含义)**: This icon indicates that the physical table is already occupied by at least one group of diners. <br> 2. **理解图标含义**:此图标表示该实体桌台目前已被至少一组客人占用。  #### 2. Create and Select a Child Table 创建并选择子桌台 If a new group of customers needs to share an already occupied table, you must create a new child table to isolate their order. <br> 如果新到店的客人需要在一张已占用的桌子上拼桌,您必须创建一个新的子桌台以隔离他们的订单。 1. **Select the Table (点击目标桌台)**: Click on the occupied table where the customers will be seated. Select Number of Diners 选择就餐人数 Confirm the table assignment and record the number of customers for this specific order. <br> 确认桌台分配,并记录该笔订单的具体就餐人数。 1. **Verify Table Number (核对桌号)**: The system prompt will show **Your table number is: [X] Please select the number of diners (您的桌号是:[X] 请选择就餐人数)**. Verify that the assigned child table is correct. <br> 1. **核对桌号**:系统提示将显示 **Your table number is: [X] Please select the number of diners (您的桌号是:[X] 请选择就餐人数)**。请核对分配的子桌号是否正确。 2. **Input Diners (输入人数)**: Select the corresponding number from the grid, or click **Manual input (手动输入)** if the number exceeds the displayed options. After selection, proceed to order normally. <br> 2. **输入人数**:在网格中选择对应的人数;如果人数超出显示选项,请点击 **Manual input (手动输入)**。选择完成后,正常进行点餐即可。  ### 2. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 常见问题 **1. Mobile Ordering Sync / 扫码点餐联动** * **Q: How does the child table feature work when customers order via their mobile phones using a QR code?** <br> **Q:当顾客使用手机扫码点餐时,子桌台功能是如何运作的?** * **A:** When the feature is enabled in the backend, mobile ordering automates this process. When a new customer scans the QR code at a shared table, the system automatically assigns them a new child table. Their orders will not merge or interfere with other customers sharing the same physical table. <br> **A**:在后台开启该功能后,手机点餐会自动处理此流程。当新客人扫描共享桌台上的二维码时,系统会自动为他们分配一个新的子桌台。他们的订单绝对不会与同桌其他客人的订单合并或互相影响。 **2. Receipt & KDS Display / 小票与 KDS 显示差异** * **Q: Will the child table number (e.g., TEST3_2) appear on the printed receipts?** <br> **Q:子桌台号码(例如 TEST3_2)会显示在打印的小票上吗?** * **A:** It depends on the type of receipt. To avoid customer confusion, the cashier receipt given to the customer will **not** display the child table extension. However, to ensure accurate food delivery, the kitchen preparation tickets and the KDS (Kitchen Display System) **will** explicitly display the child table number. <br> **A**:这取决于票据的类型。为了避免顾客混淆,给顾客的收银小票上**不会**显示子桌号后缀。但是,为了确保服务员精准送餐,后厨的厨打单以及 KDS(后厨显示系统)上**会**清晰地显示具体的子桌号。
