**How to record the deposit and make a reservation 如何记录押金，进行预定** ## Operation entrance 操作入口  ## Operation process 操作流程 ### 1.Click on 'Deposit'点击‘押金/预定’ Click 'Deposit' to submit your deposit information 点击‘押金/预定’进行提交押金信息  ### 2.Enter basic information 输入基本信息 Select and enter the basic information of the customer's 'meal time', 'pax', 'name' and 'phone' to facilitate the reservation of a place and the use of a deposit 选择并输入客户‘用餐时间’‘用餐人数’‘名字’‘电话’基本信息，方便预留位置，以及使用押金  ### 3.Enter the deposit amount 输入押金金额  ### 4.Select a payment method 选择支付方式 The default payment method is cash, and you can switch to another payment method by clicking on it 默认支付方式为现金，点击可以切换其他支付方式  ### 5.Enter a note 输入备注 This item is not mandatory, and can be left out if there is no special need 此项为非必填项，如果无特殊需求可以不填写  ### 6. Click Confirm 点击确认 After confirming the information with the customer again and paying the deposit amount, confirm the recorded deposit 再次和客户确认信息，和支付押金金额后，确认记录押金  ## Report presentation 报表展示 **If the order is not used, the deposit will not be counted in the actual revenue until it is used 如果这笔订单未使用，押金不会计算在实际收入内，使用后才会计算在实际收入内**
