> This section explains how to use the "Open item" function to quickly ring up custom or unlisted products. This is highly useful in two scenarios: 1. When there are too many items without barcodes and it's hard to quickly locate a product; 2. When regular customers order custom off-menu items that the kitchen can prepare. <br> 本节说明如何使用“Open item (临时商品)”功能快速为自定义或未上架的商品结账。这在以下两种场景中非常有用:1. 商品繁多且没有条形码,难以快速找到商品时;2. 熟客点了一些未上架的隐藏菜品,但后厨可以制作时。 #### 1. Entering Commodity Details 录入商品信息 Quickly define the name, price, and quantity, or reuse past entries. <br> 快速定义名称、价格和数量,或复用过往记录。 1. **Fill in the Details (填写详细信息)**: In the **Commodity Editor (商品编辑)** popup, manually enter the **Product Name (商品名称)**, **Unit Price (单价)**, and **Quantity (数量)**. <br> 1. **填写详细信息**:在 **Commodity Editor (商品编辑)** 弹窗中,手动输入 **Product Name (商品名称)**、**Unit Price (单价)** 和 **Quantity (数量)**。 2. **Use History (使用历史记录)**: The right side displays recent **History (历史记录)**. However, since it is a temporarily customized product, in the detailed sales report of the goods, it is usually classified under the default "Open item" rather than in a specific menu category. <br> **A:** 会的,销售金额将准确计入您的总营业额中。但是,由于它是临时自定义商品,在详细的商品销售报表中,它通常会被归类在默认的“Open item”,而不是特定的菜单分类中。  **2. Generally, the Open item will inherit the default tax and service charge logic applied to standard products in your store.
